Anti friction Coating

Anti-friction coatings are used to reduce friction and wear, provide corrosion resistance, and enhance aesthetics. These coatings are dry lubricant solutions that resemble ordinary industrial paints and are composed of solid lubricants, a binding system, solvents, and additives

Solid lubricant components are mainly Mo2S, graphite, or PTFE. The individual raw materials along with the additives, as well as the concentration of solid lubricants are decisive for lubricating efficiency and corrosion protection

Anti-friction coatings which will be used to reduce friction and wear, provide corrosion protection and esthetics are preferably applied by immersion or by spraying onto carefully degreased surfaces, Application methods such as airless, electrostatic, or automatic spray methods are possible as well.

Bechem laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art capable of measuring many aspects such as friction and wear analysis, noise prevention tests for products.. This enables customers to select or use products tailored to their specific applications.
